Hello, I found an interesting blog post called "Can Exercise Keep You Young?" from the New York Times website. A doctor and his team studied how exercise affected two groups of mice in Canada. One group was put to run on a wheel for 45 minutes three times a week and the other group was well, couch potatoes.

I think exercising truly helps people age slower. But I guess it also depends on the type of exercising as well, esp if you're being outdoors and indoors.. that makes a big difference :)
